Q: Will my order be shipped out during physical events?

A: Unfortunately, all orders placed during an event will be fulfilled when the event is over.  

Q: Should I expect longer shipping times because of the Covid-19 pandemic?

A: We are doing everything we can to ensure that your items are delivered on time. However, there can be unexpected obstacles outside of our fulfillment that may cause a delay in delivery. Thank you for understanding!

 

Q: If I receive an item and it doesn’t fit as expected do I have any options?

A: We got you! Send us back your piece and we can do an exchange for a correct fit!

 

Q: Can I bulk order any items at a discounted church rate?

A: Absolutely! Let us know your bulk needs by emailing us at Derekr@victoryoutreach.org.

 

Q: What are the shipping days? 

A: Our Vision Store operates on US business days (Monday-Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be fulfilled on the following Monday.
